O primeiro aplicativo de iPhone para o Google Wave
Hoje eu baixei e testei primeiro aplicativo de iPhone para o Google Wave, o Waveboard.
Confesso que me decepcionei. Mas também sejamos realistas: o Google Wave ainda está em fase de testes, ou seja, não dá para esperar muito.
O fato é: o Waveboard já está disponível na AppStore brasileira, custa U$0,99 e é praticamente um wap mascarado.
Há muitos bugs (imagens abaixo), principalmente na hora de escrever na wave e o aplicativo entra em conflito e trava constantemente.
O aplicativo é confuso para mexer (sua usuabilidade é ruim), foi desenvolvido para ser usado apenas na posição horizontal e para tudo que se faça é necessário ter dedos finos e uma visão perfeita, pois tudo é pequeno.
Faltam alguns recursos e funções do Google Wave, como aba “Navigation”, compartilhamentos, searches…
Detalhe importante: as Waves que possuem arquivos desaparecem do Inbox do Waveboard.
Enfim, concluindo:
- Não há muito o que se esperar de um aplicativo de uma ferramenta ainda em teste;
- Para quebrar um galho em caso de amergências: até que serve;
- O Waveboard deve ter sido desenvolvido principalmente para marcar território e ser o pioneiro em relação à aplicativos de iPhone para o Google Wave.
